Overview

Kick Drum Therapy operates the Kik Drm Agents service (“the Service”), a single-user personal assistant operated by James Lenhart. This page describes what data the Service collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

What we collect

• SMS and MMS messages sent to or from the Service’s Twilio phone number, including text, media URLs, and metadata (timestamp, sender number).
• Email content if the operator forwards email to the Service.
• Information about people, venues, labels, and events that the operator chooses to record (notes, public profile URLs, observed activity).
• Operational logs (agent runs, ingestor health) needed to maintain the Service.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the Service for the account owner: surfacing leads, drafting messages, tracking opportunities, and recalling context. Data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a private Supabase Postgres database (US region), encrypted at rest and in transit. Application hosting is on Vercel. Inference is performed via Anthropic’s Claude API. Twilio handles SMS delivery.

SMS opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to the Service’s Twilio number to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for support information. Reply START to resume.
